About

℅ (pronounced "care of") is a shared office in Dumbo, run by Maddie and Pablo Max of Crzy Lvrs. We've spent years helping creative people build businesses, mostly through screens. After stumbling upon the perfect space, we've decided to try to create a space in person that mirrored our passion.

The name is literal. When a letter arrives addressed ℅, it means you are in care of someone else, albeit temporarily. That's how we think about everyone who works here, whether you come for a day or every day: while you're in the room, you're in our care. We think care is underrated, and the world could use more of it.

Nobody here rents a desk and disappears into their work. People run their own projects, trade help across the table, and stay for the company as much as the amenities.
